We recently purchased a large amount of furniture from Michael Allen Outlet. While we had an issue with the kitchen table, David, the manager, worked with us in resolving the issue with a new table. We have all our furniture in place and love it. Lisa was our saleswoman at the outlet store and was incredible. Elle also assisted in some areas and was great to work with. Wife and I just got an amazing deal on our new bed from Theresa. She was helpful and professional, and with financing we didn't pay anything out of pocket. The floor base has a built in massager, like we're the Kardashians or something! Will definitely be back.
Theresa was inviting, helpful and got us to spend $1k so I could get $100 off 🤣:..she was great!!
It was a fantastic experience from start to finish. Theresa is very knowledgeable and was very helpful with finding the lift chair that best fits my size and needs. The delivery guys were clean cut and very courteous and helpful with moving the other chair out of the way.
