From the first phone call through delivery Theresa Castillo was professional, knowledgeable, friendly & patient, at no time did we feel pressured to make a purchase or that we were taking too much time to make a decision on our new bed. When I was interested in rugs Theresa spent time looking for what I was interested in & emailing me pictures the next day as she said she would. There was a short delay, 1 day, with our delivery Theresa called immediately to let us know after attempting to speed it up. Thank you, Theresa
