Terrible experience. After asking several times the coverage and billing for each treatment. I came in and they conveniently made a mistake on coverage and asked me to pay out of pocket for the visit. The woman at the front desk ask me for the names of the folks that explained I was covered and asked me for the solution to the problem. Two things she should have quickly acted on and used some level of problem solving skills.
