Trygstad, Michael D.O. I've known Dr. Michael Tygstad since about 1988. Several members of my family were patients of his and his wife's when he practiced in Elma, Washington. Dr. Trygstad is one of the best doctors I've ever had. He's extremely comptetent and compassionate. I highly reccomend Dr. Trygstad.
