I had an excellent experience with the staff and Dr Xia (pronounced "Shaw"). Very friendly, communicative and caring
If you've ever had a Mohs surgery done, you know it's not something you want to keep having done. I recently saw Dr Sorace for my second Mohs surgery and just like the first time, he was AMAZING! Kind, patient, he was so thorough with his explanation of the procedure that I didn't even have any questions! His staff was amazing. Elizabeth made the process smooth and seamless. Staff was extremely rude as was Dr. Sorace. Kept us waiting over 5 hrs and then was unapologetic but instead told us he removed one portion from my father’s face for free. Unprofessional and we will not be back. I’m sure this is an unpopular opinion however the Dr. was condescending and plain rude. I do not recommend to anyone who does not plan on or cares about waiting a very long time and how they are treated. Dr Xia did an AMAZING job suturing the incision. But, Dr Sorace was completely uncommunicative during the removal and I had no idea how large the incision on my face actually was. Then I sat in the front office for almost 3 waiting for the next step and suturing and it felt like a cattle call. When I asked the front desk what was going on they said they would check, and then totally forgot about me
