He stole thousandstof dollars from people. He debited people's checking accounts without their permission and numerous times failed to do any work on their case. He is disbarred in several states as a result of stealing money from people and telling then not to make their mortgage payments. He is suspended from practicing law until at least 2020 for fraudulent conduct involving mortgage modification "services" he provided. He also failed to pay at lease one employee his wages, among other fraudulent conduct.
They do not keep you up to date, after 4 month's I still don't know where I stand and the lack of communication is propostrus. I paid 3000 up front and then the took another 900 dollars they keep telling me call this person or that and I never get a hold of any one, I am tired of being left out of my case. Thank you Mike
