UPDATE: It is now Tuesday night. My husband still doesn’t have all of his medications. After multiple calls to Mr. Pope’s office Monday because we were supposed to leave for vacation today, the doctor STILL didn’t send all the refills. Despite being told by office staff today, “We’ll have him send the one he forgot to send today,” HE STILL DIDNT DO IT. Absolutely irresponsible and careless about patients. I got a call 10 MINS before the appointment that he's sick and won't be in the office today. I understand that people get sick - but I don't understand why you're letting me know when I'm almost there? I live 40 mins away from the office, had to take time off from work, my kid missed school because I couldn't take him there, just because you don't care about other people and their time?
