Dr. Novak is fantastic. Rare to find a doctor that will listen. Staff was very nice, however the person that checked me out could be a bit nicer. But why would the rest of the staff be penalized for one person. I think everyone else is excellent.
Everyone in the office is friendly and efficient. Dr Novak saved my vision and I am so grateful to have him as my retina specialist.
