All the people at work in that white pond office are very nice sympathetic adult empathetic the girl that did my dilation was wonderful. She explained so much to me. I wish I could remember her name and then Dr. Novak I’ve been with him for so many years, he is a wonderful doctor and enjoys his work and tells me the truth straight out.
My experience at Retina Associates (Westlake) has been very good and is provided in a professional, personable and efficient manner by the staff during each visit. Dr. Novak provides very good care and helpful relevant information during each appointment.
