Very confusing to find the office in Montgomery. The extremely rude office registration nurses who answer the phones didn’t even tell me there was an easy, back entrance at Entrance C to get to office. I’m on permanent crutches and walking is extremely painful. I even called from the hospital asking where they were and they didn’t offer help except “Did you look up and see building number 11140? Very very thorough, compassionate and knowledgeable. Spent a long time with me and really went above and beyond.
1. I went for a wellness visit and asked if something on my cheek was rosacea and got charged then for the visit rather than it being included under my high deductible plan. I guess you can’t ask questions during a visit (?!?!) I asked Christ hospital if I can’t ask questions when I called to complain on isn’t the point is to be able to ask a question during a visit - so what I can’t - she said she can’t answer that 🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️🤦♀️ 2.
