Answers all questions clearly
Waited 2:40 past appointment time to see someone who wasn’t my doctor. Later found out there was an emergency issue within the practice. Could have been told at check-in & given the opportunity to reschedule. Poor communication created needless frustration.
Had a wonderful experience talking about my condition and conservative options with Dr. Miranda and his 4th Year Resident. Both were very polite with great bedside manner.
