Dr. Marshall was the worst Dr. I ever had any dealings with. My Mom was passing away and he hung up on me when I called to say she was not doing well. I said "can you come " He said NO!!! I said well somebody better come". He said" I don't take to threats too well" and hung up. He never called back to check on my Mom or anything. a cold hearted physician. My decision to try this office was based upon the many good reviews I've seen online. Unfortunately, my experience was not as expected. I was seen by a resident intern who was very pleasant. In all fairness to him this review is based upon the staff. However the staff are a representation of the Doctor's practice and the only point of contact. I needed a new referral to see a specialist but a different doctor's office. Called to request the new referral and was told that my request would have to be sent to "that department" ... read more

Dr. Marshall is a very professional doctor, who not only serves my medical needs but also educates me about my health condition. He takes time to be sure I understand his message. He is patient and listens to my questions and concerns. I feel very comfortable with his answers and it quells my anxiety.
