I hired Mr. Kaufman to handle a Chapter 13 case for me. I had a car with too much equity in it to keep it safe in a Chapter 7. He talked to all of my creditors and really stood up for me with their demands. He was also very helpful with my case Trustee and showed some real backbone when she attempted to ridicule him. I very much trusted him and it paid off very well for me. Due to his help, I was able to get my life back on track and have a fresh start.
