Atty. Kaufman, is straight to the point and tells you exactly what is needed and what needs to be done. He will give you choices, specific time frames and assures you of all the assistance he can provide. Also, his fees are reasonable, what he discloses is what you pay, no hidden or extra fees. I must have interviewed more than 10 attornys before I chose Mr. Kaufman. He promptly returned my phone calls and handled everything in a professional manner. I definitely would recommend Him. He told me how to get the bankruptcy classes online for less than $50. whereas one of the firms I called was charging $300.00 for the same classes! He is really a great lawyer and I hope that you will at least give Him a call, I know that you will find him as friendly, professional, and well informed as I did.

We interviewed two other bankruptcy attorneys before deciding to use Michael Kaufman. He returned our calls more quickly and is equally prompt in answering email queries which was very helpful. I can say one thing with absolute certainty: life is good with no credit card bills! And that's only the half it. It doesn't matter how bad my day goes: I no longer have to worry about due dates, late charges, high interest and that horrible, sinking feeling about runaway debt that is like--hell. There are times when you need competent representation, and Mr. Kaufman is the best at what he does. It is a very comforting and reassuring feeling that nothing about his business is a mystery, and that if he's on the case you can breathe a much needed sigh of relief.
