Took extra time to explain situation.
Dr. Kwasman was relaxed during visit time, provided information around my particular cardiac health issue, asked and answered questions and was gracious in recommending ongoing cardiac care; in other words, not pushy. I did not feel rushed during the visit. The admitting medical assistant was attentive and put me at ease prior to the MD's visit.
Dr Kwasman is a keeper!
