Dr. Hale, and staff were wonderful to work with. Very compassionate and understanding of my problem. Highly recommend them for any future orthodontist needs.
I had to adjust my original appointment and found the staff easy to work with and very accommodating. They were prompt and friendly at the time of my appointment and gave clear directions and instructions for follow up care. Dr Hale texted me the evening of the surgery to inquire about how I was feeling, having any pain issues or asking if I had any questions about my recovery or how to proceed if I did. Dr Hale and staff made this experience as good as it could be. From the staff answering the phone and dealing with insurance to Dr. Hale and his assistants, everything was great. We highly recommend.
Dr. Hale and his team know what they are doing. They have a fine tuned process that never felt robotic or impersonal. They gave us great tools for a smooth recovery for my son. If my wisdom teeth ever grow back I know where I'll go.
