I was trying to find a good doctor, so I switched to here. BIGGEST mistake of my life, I can honestly say! RUN, and do NOT EVER even think about switching to here! It was the BIGGEST mistake in EVERY WAY possible, and in EVERY ASPECT! This choice was my WORST yet, and it would truly ASTOUND you! He saw me for a total of 10 minutes and did not take my concerns seriously. Completely unprofessional and a waste of my time.
Dr. Greenfield is also very nice and extremely thorough! He and his staff do a great job of explaining everything and listen to all concerns.
My Mom (87 years old) is a patient of Dr. Greenfield. She loves him, he takes great care of her, and I am impressed not only with Dr. Greenfield, but his staff. Have met him during her appointments on several occasions when I was back in KC visiting my mom and family. I live in California. My mom needed a refill on a Rx, had called it in, the pharmacy had not received the approval, so I called and spoke with Kathy (Cathy?) who was so nice, assured me it was being taken care of, and gave me details.
