Michael Gordon is one of the doctors who make HSS the world class hospital it is. He is knowledgeable, caring and when I had my hips resurfaced, he even stopped by recovery to check on me.
Dr. Gorman spent time with me prior to my knee replacement surgery. I explained that I was a person who reacts badly to opioids in my anesthesia . They give me migraines and worse. I also told him about a toe surgery several years ago where ketamine was in the anesthesia and it worked well. Well, the results here were terrific. No headaches, no druggy, groggy feelings.
