Very disappointed with this practice. As the owner, Dr. Mark Gilchrist never reached out or showed any concern for my children. We had an unpleasant experience with Tricia in referrals—because we wanted to stay with the same doctor (where my child was doing well), she enforced an “unwritten office policy” that forced us to switch providers. All of my children go here. The staff are extremely friendly and every time I bring my children in, they always remember them Which I love. The doctor is also amazing! I wouldn’t go anywhere else. Never had any issues and they are always willing to accommodate us.

This doctor may be a great doctor but unfortunately alot of people probably will never know because the office staff cant get it together and were so rude! I called for my son to be seen as a new patient and was told i could not even register him until they had his medical records and was told I could fax them over, so i called again for the fax number and was told by the most rudest older lady I've ever spoken to that I can't fax them over because a healthy 9 year olds medical record would be to extensive?
