I had been a patient of Michael for a while. I had major shoulder pain one day and called the office to just get checked. Nurse said to come in. She was at lunch when I went. The other staff member made it abundantly clear they don't deal with giving pain meds. I told her the nurse said to come get checked. She did not care. I have been with Mr Frost everywhere he goes and I will never leave his practice. As a PCP he is amazing and truly listened to everything I said. As my Pain medication doctor we both interviewed each other and found that our beliefs in managing my issues are the same. 10 stars for this doctor and staff!!!

Been seeing him for 4 years. He takes the time to meet with you and does what he believes to be the right thing. Sometimes there is a wait, but not from lack of care from his patients like some doctors very close by..... cough, cough. If you want someone who genuinely cares but will cut to the chase regardless of if you want to hear it, he is a good option.
