Probably OK as Optometrists go, but... 1. Major schedule issue: How do "I" know which Wed it is that you are not working (it's ALTERNATING Wednesdays!)? For example, 6 months from now on a Wednesday... Are you open for business? Great system for your workers, but how about PATIENTS? 2. Very thorough, explains everything well.
I had an appointment on Jan 8th and was prescribed new glasses ..I have called and called, each phone call is answered, I’m then transferred to a forever ringing phone that no one answers...and then hung up on. I have no idea how to get my glasses without going there and hoping they might be ready. Worst doctors office I have dealt with and I suggest anyone making an appointment here to RUN!
