Dr. Boin and all his staff are wonderful, knowledgeable, respectful, understanding, kind, and very patient while they help you work through your medical injuries. Of all the place I've been for treatment. Dr. Boin and his staff would have to be at the top of the list or my first call. I will be going here to get my knee replaced, just because I feel I can trust the environment and people who took a medical oath, to fulfill that oath and not look at you as just a number... The follow up visit with Dr. Boin and his assistants was very efficient, friendly, attentive, and helpful. The check in process needs streamlining. For follow up visits, each page/screen should have the option of “no changes”. Filling out each detailed response is a waste of time for all except new patients.
He is an excellent communicator and a very nice person! I trust him completely!
