I felt very safe in their care. I definitely trust them. I would send my friends and family here. I was pleased with my experience. They're really great about taking their time with me, and they don't mind answering my questions. I've never felt like an annoyance to them no matter how many questions I have. I've spent a little time in the waiting room on occasion, but I've waited longer at other offices; most of the time they've been prompt.

Does this provider leave you on hold for a long time when you call? No, they are really great about answering the phone right away Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes, they went above and beyond Is this provider willing to pursue advice from other providers when necessary? Absolutely! They aren't arrogant at all and are more than willing to pursue advice when necessary Does this provider ever overbook appointments here? Never! They have lots of business, but they do such a great job of never overbooking.

Was this provider's staff friendly? Yes Has this provider ever cancelled your appointment on you last minute? No, they didn't cancel on me last minute Did you have to wait long after you arrived for your appointment? No, I didn't have to wait very long

Yes that's all I can say ! He's been my family eye doctor for almost 14 years since we moved up here from Texas. Made me feel right at home, and the kids love him made them feel comfortable and makes them laugh. Just an overall good !
