Rude.
I called these guys late afternoon and was told some one would stop out next day between 1-2. No one showed up and no one called. They show up at 5pm and tell me my board is out even though there was no indicator showing this. He said he could not get part until Monday morning and would have it fixed that morning. He did not show up and when I called him he said that the part could only be purchased at Lennox dealer and was not able to get it.
