Dr Jacob’s is nice and knowledgeable in person HOWEVER this staff is HORRIBLE! And he is just as bad when you have to have any tests or scans done. They drive you crazy to get the scans scheduled and then once you do them it is impossible to get his staff or him to return your call to go over results. My son had a scan in July and here we are mid September and I have called at least 7 times and left messages asking for results or someone to call me back. Dr Jacobs has the best bedside manner of any specialist I have ever encountered. He has performed a surgery on our infant daughter at 1 month and will have another at month 9 to hopefully address/resolve a congenital issue. He takes his time with parents and family members. He articulates the issue and how it will be fixed at a level that anyone will understand. He is kind and calming. Our family is grateful for the knowledge and approach he brings to our daughter’s care. Highly recommend.
Dr Micah Jacobs has performed a 5 hour laparoscopic partial nephrectomy on my child. I can only say good things about this doctor. He takes his time with his patients. I highly recommend him as he is the best pediatric urologist in Dallas.
