I ordered the chile relleno from Micaela’s Burritos and was really disappointed. The relleno was hard and undercooked, not soft or flavorful like it should be. On top of that, it was loaded with a ridiculous amount of seeds, which made it unpleasant to eat. The texture was tough, and the flavor just didn’t come through because of all the seeds and the dryness.
