We just moved out of the South Building a week or so ago and can't rave about our experience here more. From move-in to move-out, everything was seamless and convenient. Talia was incredibly helpful and responsive, from answering all our questions about the building, assisting when we needed to end our lease early and was a kind and knowledgeable director. I’ve really enjoyed living at MiCA! The building is beautiful, spacious, and my unit is full of natural light from the large windows. It’s in a great location, always clean, and surprisingly quiet for being in the city. The community (from neighbors to the building team) is super friendly! Talia (management) is phenomenal! She’s understanding, kind, and incredibly efficient. She always responds quickly, finds solutions fast, and goes out of her way to make sure residents are taken care of. I lived here for 2-3 years. The actual space is great. I loved both my apartments dearly. I lived in a one bed one bath then moved to a bigger place in building. It is overpriced as hell but the area is wonderful. They switched management or something happened, but the building manager operated different. I never had move in or move out reports moving within building. Also there is no security deposit and both my move in fees were waived--well when I moved they accused me of damaging the window blinds and that my hooks damag... read more

Lived here for a year. Had an excellent experience with both the unit, immaculate public spaces, and wonderful management and maintenance staff. 10/10
