The WiFi sucks
Lived here for a year. Had an excellent experience with both the unit, immaculate public spaces, and wonderful management and maintenance staff. 10/10
Living here is nice, but ever since they changed the building WiFi to xfinity the service tanked. If you WFH, certain things like slack huddles or SSHing or want to online game it’s a huge headache. I now get disconnected constantly. I really wish they would figure out how to fix the WiFi or change providers because it would other wise be 5 stars. Update: the service has improved!

I lived here for two years and absolutely loved my experience here! MiCA is perfect for those who want to feel like they live in a high-rise downtown without compromising on living in a great neighborhood. Buildings and the amenities are always well-kept, Maintenance is on top of it (never had anything unanswered >24 hours from Miguel) and Madeline, the Leasing Manager, was extremely resourceful from the moment I toured up to when I vacated the property.
