Absolutely love my experience here. The lady doing my test was a genuinely good person who was fun to talk to and explained everything so I didn't feel uncomfortable. Not that I want to come back, but if I needed more tests, I would come back in a heartbeat
1 st visit a wait due to equipment malfunction. 2 ND visit on time. Friendly...Polite staff members. Explained procedures and answered all questions asked.
Today I had a wonderful experience that I had to write this review and share. The staff member who helped me, Vanessa went above and beyond to make me feel comfortable and at ease about my questions about future scans/tests. She was very professional, kind, and very attentive, taking the time to explain everything clearly and answer my questions. It really made a stressful situation feel much easier. I truly appreciate her care and compassion—thank you for making the experience such a positive one!!!
From the front desk staff to my technician, everyone was wonderful. My appointment was on time, and my technician was very kind, professional and educated. I felt very comfortable with her. We need more technicians and staff like this at all locations.
On July 28, 2025 around 12:30 pm the older woman receptionist was rude. I was also a senior (visual minority) in que standing for a while waiting for me to be entertained and she was just looking in her computer all of a sudden another senior ( Canadian born) came in straight away to the counter and she entertained it first before me. Still have racist people in Alberta.
