From the front desk staff to my technician, everyone was wonderful. My appointment was on time, and my technician was very kind, professional and educated. I felt very comfortable with her. We need more technicians and staff like this at all locations.
On July 28, 2025 around 12:30 pm the older woman receptionist was rude. I was also a senior (visual minority) in que standing for a while waiting for me to be entertained and she was just looking in her computer all of a sudden another senior ( Canadian born) came in straight away to the counter and she entertained it first before me. Still have racist people in Alberta.
I was at the MIC Summit Centre yesterday and could not have asked for a better experience. The receptionist and doctors assistant were very pleasant and helpful. The doctor was nice too. Was able to get in and out very quickly.
Excellent staff wait time under 5 minutes great experience
