It’s 2 stars for not doing what was on the requisition. For the third time. Not sure if they don’t offer elastographies but I have gone for the appointment 3 times and still it’s not on the report. Good thing I look at my own reports and keep on this kind of thing. Glenwood radiology provides many more options it seems. Like their booking better too. Technicians are fine though.

UPDATE: I was sent my ultrasound photos once I was able to get through to their receptionist within the hour and again by a tech a few days later. I had my anatomy scan at MIC Summit Clinic on Friday, and unfortunately, the overall experience was very disorganized and rushed. The ultrasound itself was fine and was initially conducted by a student sonographer. I had a student perform part of my first pregnancy ultrasound as well, and that experience was actually very positive. The student took the time to make sure everythi... read more
