Convenient location. Very pleasant and efficient staff.
Had an excellent MRI experience at MIC - Century Place. I have had very severe anxiety due to claustrophobia with previous MRI’s, but this recent experience was fantastic. The staff were very caring and understanding to my past experiences and made me feel very comfortable. Overall it was a very pleasant and quick experience and I left feeling really good about the procedure as I had no anxiety at all during the scan. I ended up being almost an hour early to my appointment and sat in the waiting room for less than 5 minutes before they called me in. They took me in early and I was done my appointment in less than 30 minutes, well before my actual appointment time. Every staff member was super nice, kind, and helpful. They explained everything well, answered questions and made it a pleasant experience. The clinic is also very clean and put together. Thanks everyone! Five stars for each of you!
