I have used Glen and MIAVA Property Maintenance for a couple of years now to take care of my strip mall in Kalamazoo and my home in Richland. He has always done exceptional work for me. Glen is more than competitive on his pricing versus the bigger companies. He always gets right back to me if I have to leave a message. I have referred him to friends and family and will continue to do so.
I have been trusting my properties' maintenance to Miava Property Maintenance for about 5 years now they have always been honest dependable, and affordable with us. I can not recommend them enough for simple repairs around the house or lawn mowing and snow removal. Glen is a hard worker and I trust him with all my properties.
