Inexperienced here and not very good. Cut my nails super low leaving a cut also. I would avoid if possible
My first nd last time to this place. They talk in Spanish and then the other person looks at you so it’s obvious something is being said. I won’t ever allow someone to make me uncomfortable where I spend my money at. When someone does a service for me I tip them but today I won’t.
So many bad reviews for this place and I actually love them! I have been going to this place for almost 2 years now and they never missed once.
Hands down the worst experience I’ve ever had at a nail salon. Very unorganized and poorly managed. I walked in about 2:15p and wasn’t serviced until 4:30p the fact that it took each of them 6 employees to do one customer each in that span of time is absolutely ridiculous. What was worst is while I’m sitting there waiting their friends or relatives were walking right in and 2 people who came in an hour after me was serviced before me.
