Absolutely the worst salon experience I’ve ever had. The stylist did not wash my hair properly and was extremely rough while detangling; it felt like they had no care or skill. I was in pain the entire time. I ended up walking out and didn’t even let them finish because I couldn’t take it anymore. To make it worse, they still charged me for the full service, even though I didn’t receive it. I paid just to avoid an argument, but I walked away completely disappointed and frustrated.
