Mia’s Bridal was amazing!! I am not going to lie, I was a very picky and somewhat high maintenance customer but Mia’s did everything in their power to make my wedding incredible!! I booked at least 3 separate appointments to show different family members and friends my dress and they were very gracious even though I am sure it was a hassle. I cannot recommend Mia’s highly enough! I had a short engagement, and procrastinated a bit when it came to finding a gown. The ladies at Mia’s came to my rescue big time! Samantha was absolutely amazing. She found the perfect balance of listening to what I *thought* I wanted, as well as exposing me to to styles I hadn’t considered. I was pretty indecisive, and Samantha was incredibly patient with me. I had two appointments with her, and ended up buying the very last gown I tried on. I absolutely loved Mia and everyone at Mia's Bridal. I had a bad experience with the first store I went to and went to Mia's after and they made everything better. They were so kind and considerate and really helped me find my perfect dress. I didn't have much of an idea of what I wanted and they let me go back into the gown room and look through all my options. That helped a lot. I wish I could give them more stars because Mia's is beyond excellent!! The staff is super, super helpful. I got my dress during the sample sale and even though the store was packed full of people, Samantha (my consultant) did not make me feel rushed at all during my appointment! They are not pushy like a lot of bridal stores can be and you can tell that they focus on what you want rather than making a sale! We purchased my wedding dress, bridesmaids dresses and did suit rentals through Mia’s. They were great and very fun to work! However, we did have several wardrobe malfunctions on the big day and the veil (which was originally the store sample) was supposed to fixed, but did not appear to be fixed when we took it out of the bag on the wedding day. Just purchased my wedding dress last week and the staff is phenomenal! I've been to many bridal salons, but, this is the absolute best!!! Will recommend to anyone I know!!
