When I started going to this office about 5 years ago. I started off with Dr. Goodman. He was very personable and made my appointments very comfortable. Due to insurance changes I started seeing Dr. Mian. He is also very easy to talk to. They both take your concerns seriously and try to find the cause of them. At each appointment they follow-up with problems that you were seen for at past appointments. They're both very thorough and I'm grateful that I found this office and such awesome doctors.
I need a Prior Authorization for a medicine I need. I called on a Thursday and Friday to have it done. The MA said she will get to it yet when I called my insurance on Saturday no PA was sent. I need this medication yet I have to suffer because the MA's are not doing their jobs. I am calling this coming Monday and if I don't get the PA sent over I am calling the Maryland Insurance Administration. You need a new crew of MA's that don't sit there yapping and not want to do their jobs
