Renter beware!!! Do not rent from Miamisburg By The Mall... I lived there for a few years and in my time there I had nothing but problems. Problem 1. Drugs! the person I lived next to smoked weed and I could smell it in my apartment. Problem 2. I couldn't get anyone out to look at anything ever they never acted like they needed to fix anyone's problems. and when they would come to look it was weeks after I had called.
