I LOVE my hair! Katu Locs is amazing! The hair wash was so relaxing; it was almost like a massage. Plus, being that I work until 5pm, her later slots are very convenient. I will DEFINITELY be coming back to her!
I waited over a week for my appointment after being repeatedly told it would be scheduled for the next day. Each time, I was promised a callback or an appointment, only for it to be canceled or pushed back with no explanation. What makes this even more frustrating is the lack of communication.
