Llegué y me dijeron que al doctor se le había presentado emergencia y que desde el jueves estaban llamando para cancelar cosa que nunca entró la llamada mi pregunta desde el jueves 3 de julio me estaban llamando y ayer 7 julio me salió con esa no saben mentir dejé de trabajar por esta cita es una vergüenza falta de respeto hacia el paciente súper falta de educación empatía en fin un desastre

In my 25 yrs of working in hospitals I have never seen such incompetence,laziness and rude attitudes by any staff members. First they screwed up my telemed appoappointment then tried to lie about it by saying that it was my fault because they tried calling me 3 times which they never did,and when I asked to speak to a supervisor they hung up on me. Dr Michael is the best in Florida. My husband and I are both patients and we are treated very well. The staff is pleasant also. Any ache or pain Dr Michael can handle it.
Dr Michael is Awesome! I couldn’t walk bc I had chronic ankle tendinitis. He did PRP and I am walking! For me it’s incredible as I tried for years to stop the pain. Thank you Dr Michael ❤️
