bought this Kirby 5 years ago. it is the worst piece of junk we've ever owned. no exaggeration. there's a phone number on it for service that's out of service and a toll free number that a machine answers. they never call back. we've attempted its use maybe 2 hours out of 5 years because it just doesn't work. stay away from this brand. nothing but a rip off. for this product you need a "negative" rating graph.
