They almost killed my son. Somehow they wrote he was in the hospital for diarrhea??? HE WAS AT MVH S BC HE CLDNT BREATHE AND HES A CONGESTIVE HEART FAILURE PATIENT??? WELL from Friday to Monday they pumped him full of fluids??? I had no idea why he was getting worse and Monday they said come get him. Nurse was beyond RUDE. I expressed concern he was worse and she shot back at me " WEVE DONE ALL WE CAN FOR HIM". He cldnt even dress himself which ISN'T his M.O. Brought my 5 year old son in for a possible broken leg. Waited a while before we were finally seen, they did not have any rooms available at the time and provided us a bed in the corner. Asked for some pain meds for my son, which never came, and by the time the doctor finally came around to examine him, we were told they couldn't accept our insurance. So we ended up leaving and taking him to Dayton Childrens instead. Which within an hour they were able to give pain meds, and take radiographs. Over all it was a terrible exper... read more
Took our son in to get his leg looked at since he got hurt on the trampoline. They checked us in then told us they didn't take the insurance ( i have an open access plan). Told us the estimate was $1000 dollars and they did nothing for him. Then they wanted to question us like we weren't going to take him to a hospital that does take our insurance.
