The main desk doesnt even answer the phone? Never called a hospital main desk and had this happen. This has happened a couple times today and this is pitiful. What big service company doesnt even answer their main phone number?
The staff here is truly amazing I was here today while my husband was at physical therapy I was just walking around and ended up in the cafe I ussaly just use cash when I’m out and this hospital doesn’t take cash I don’t keep money on my debit card I went up to the counter to buy just a water and my card only had a few bucks on it and this wonderful women working behind the counter paid for the rest of it with her own money it was truly the sweetest thing and made my day her name is Lisa amazing staff at this hospital.
