Most difficult place I’ve encountered for obtaining medical records. Not just for myself but for doctors continuing my care as well!! Care was good. Pleasant nurses doctor staff.
This was one of many visits at this location, but will not go back. I am always willing to help new trainees, but never again. She stuck me a record 3 times and on the third her trainer got the blood, but they blew my vein. I have a huge bruise that my doctor said will be there 6 weeks! Try thinking softball size circle after 6 days! And I need another draw in 3 weeks. Never letting an inexperienced tech near me again. Yes, it can happen, but after 2 sticks she should have called for help.
