Beautiful facility. Closer to my home than the main hospital.
My husband was admitted through the ER with a fungal infection as a cancer patient. I can not believe that there are SO few amenities (ie., cafeteria, vending machines, etc.) for visitors on the weekends. There are restaurants across the road on Wilmington, but if you can't leave, you are pretty much out of luck when it comes to healthy options. We usually go to Kettering Main, and their options are much more varied. Also, their app for ordering food leaves a lot to be desired.
On 12/11 my sister was brought in to the ER with chest pains. The EKG didn’t show anything abnormal. There was a nurse named George in the ER that night who was determined to help her. An additional EKG showed she was having a heart attack and I believe due to his persistence in finding the problem my sister is still with us. Thank you George
2400 Miami valley dr, Centerville South hospital Left me feeling so undervalued and very unwelcome. The nurses who were there to check our diagnosis were Horrendous As a whole they had no rooms available for us so we were told to wait in the Halls which we didn’t have acknowledgement of however we were not comfortable being in public space of all doctors and or nurses/employees.
