Been waiting for a doctor for 45 minutes and counting while sitting in a procedure room.
Mvhs quality has really depleted over the years. Most recently I was seen and admitted in from the ER. Getting in the ER and evaluated was fine, however they had a student take over my care and after that point I got no more updates and was not told by anyone that I was being admitted until transport came. Then the admitting Dr wrote false notes into my chart, and berated me about my BMI when I was admitted for the flu. Staff will laugh at you when you ask for something, call the director and receive the same result! Nothing gets done the healthcare system is heavily damaged
The nurses, nurse practitioners, and docs, both in the ER and up in the bed tower, are awesome. Nurses seem stressed/overworked, though, as I'm sure they are most places. Food service? Oy vey. Shocking, actually. Apparently, other than delivery, no humans are involved. Ordering is through a phone app. It's impossible to get anything if you forget to order something. And, even if you do remember to order something (including salt, pepper, an extra napkin, salad dressing, a side dish), something will be missing when the meal i... read more
Worst experience ever I was at the coffee shop a few days ago and an employee named Rachel was very rude and is an unpleasant employee, I over heard her talking to a different employee about one of the girls that worked there saying some rude things about her this is very unprofessional work.
