Nov 2024 Update: My dad was in the care of Dr Helfrich this visit. She was thorough, patient, and explained everything carefully. We really appreciated the level of care she provided. Update: My elderly parents have gone to the ER a few more times, and they have both received nothing but excellent care each time. Food service sucks, nothing but morons and ppl that can't read English or get your food order correct. Been in hospital for 5 days and haven't eaten because they have not gotten one of my meal orders correct or corrected!! Do not come here
In early October, I went into the ER with a wound. The nurse removed the bandage from the wound to be examined. When being released, the nurses expected me to put my shoes and socks on with an open wound. I asked her if she rebadge it. She said that she could. I pointed to and explained that this is an open wound. I showed her that I had been bleeding. She finally went ahead to proceed to cover the wound. There's another bag experience to.
