To whom it May Concern. I am writing to file a formal complaint regarding the care my father received from the Urology Department over the course time on or about the years of 2022-2025. I always expressed concern about what appears to have been negligence related to the insertion and management of his catheter from the Dayton Urology team, especially from the nurses, through emails that I now longer have access. You want your parent not to struggle, don’t send them here!! this place is horrible. the doctors do not care for the well being of their patients and the nurse practitioner is an evil rude person.

I had an experience today at the Dr. My in network specialist has done something odd. They have decided that if you haven't hit your deductible for the year they are going to charge you a flat $175 fee to be seen. I've had my appointment scheduled for 4 months and the partners brought on this change after my appointment was scheduled. Has anyone heard of a in network specialist refusing insurance and choosing to charge patients instead?
