Miami Valley Chimney re-lined and repaired a flashing leak that was damaging plaster in the second floor of my cape cod style home 04/18/17. While certainly not inexpensive, the quality of the repair was excellent (I am a degreed Mechanical Engineer, so feel qualified to judge).
