We stayed at MiaRentals in Miami and overall had a good experience, but it did not completely wow us. From the photos, the apartment looks very modern and brand new, so naturally we expected the room to look exactly like the pictures. When you arrive and it is not quite what you imagined, it can feel a little disappointing — although that does not mean the apartment was bad. Very disappointing experience. The front desk service was unprofessional and unpleasant. The staff member had a cold and dismissive attitude from the beginning, which made the interaction uncomfortable. Instead of focusing on assisting customers, they spent a noticeable amount of time on their personal phone, which clearly affects the quality of service.
