Dr. Adam Gropper and his wife Kari operate north beach vascular and aesthetics. They charged me in advance for a treatment plan. I was injured due to negligence during the treatment. They never accepted responsibility for my injuries. I spoke to Adam himself who offered to return my fees but it never happened this is a terrible way to violate the trust of a patient.
