where to begin? myself and husband have been going to rosario the accountant since 2016 she was great and we never had issues with her until we found out years later that she never followed up with our taxes that she mailed out. during covid irs was not allowing e-file only mailing out according to her and she had to mail out my taxes. My husbands 2018 taxes were never filed and my 2019 and 2020 were never filed to the state or federal.
