Miami Subs Pizza and Grill is I ordered a 1 pl 10 wings from store # 8200 located at 600 NE 167 Street. The fries were cold and soft. It looks as if the fries were seating in bucket of cold oil. I called and asked to talk to a manager. The person who answered the phone told me he does not have time to handle complaint right now nor the manager. I was very upset due to the fact he does not care about me as a customer. I had to throw the fries in the garbage. He was rude and untrained!
take out,watch out,miss out this is the fifth time they mix up my order to tak e out. I explicitly asked for chicken, maybe about 10 times to be sure even lady rolled up her eyes. she made the mistake again.
