Went to Miami Grill for the first time and the service was terrible. Sat at the drive thru completely confused because the person gave me my food and just my card. I said thank you they said absolutely nothing then walked away. Sat there saying, "Am I done now, do I sign anything??" Another person steps up a few moments later and says, "Hello, your total is..." I LOVE Miami grill. Last time I had a sub was with them in Key West. I've been wanting a good steak & cheese sub & since they closed years ago in Knoxville TN I decided to go to SC to get one. Ok the meal was ok. The steak was a little dry. But considering we drove over four hours to get there it was still gonna be ate lol. My friend ordered wings with mild sauce on them. They were ok, nothing spectacular. The inside needs a severe cleaning. It's very dingy & dirty. Next trip will be the Missouri or Indiana location.
This place is 🔥 late night hours, open lobby awesome food friendly staff truly one of my favorite places to eat locally 😎

restaurant looks very dirty and out dated. it looks disgusting. i visited the restroom to wash my hands and it smelled horrible. the person that took my order had no emotion. had no care at all and wasn't friendly
great philly cheesesteak today!! jalapeno poppers were good too ! thanks guys...great food!
