My daughter started her braces treatment at this clinic two and a half years ago, and we’re still coming here regularly. Unfortunately, over this time we’ve experienced several frustrating issues. We’ve had multiple appointments scheduled at 2:00 PM, and when we arrived on time, the doors were closed. We had to wait outside in the sun with other patients until someone finally opened the doors — apparently due to a lunch break or something else.
