My daughter started her braces treatment at this clinic two and a half years ago, and we’re still coming here regularly. Unfortunately, over this time we’ve experienced several frustrating issues. We’ve had multiple appointments scheduled at 2:00 PM, and when we arrived on time, the doors were closed. We had to wait outside in the sun with other patients until someone finally opened the doors — apparently due to a lunch break or something else. Same experience as other reviewer, complete disregard for the time of their patients. I made an appointment for 4:00pm. I showed up at 3:45 and stood at the counter for a full 15 minutes, the receptionist on the phone, before anyone even acknowledged me. Finally, she gave me the paperwork, which I completed in five minutes and then proceeded to sit in the waiting room for another hour and fifteen minutes! Seriously, a 4:00pm appointment and I didn't even get in to see the dentist until 5:15! Unbelievable.
