Technicians have a great attitude however they are commission based workers (so watch out), the so-called manager Scott has no customer service orientation whatsoever. Paid 4K for apparently something that was not the main issue and now, back to figuring out what is causing the clogs! Received a 6 month “guarantee” that the company says its the original technician responsibility and since he cannot be contacted, left with nothing! Pathetic! I will go Better Business Bureau!
