This place steals your security ! They held 3900 of my money for a security and when I vacated DUE TO A MILLION ISSUES WITH THE APARTMENT !everytjing broke down and I had to move even had the water heater break and explode in the apartment causing flooding which could have electrocuted my son who was home ! By far the worst company I have ever bump into, never answer the calls, they ignore your emails/requests like you don’t matter. Take them months to fix anything, my dryer has been broken for over a month now. They basically don’t care. Absolutely disrespectful.
Left my apartment in a better state than when I moved in, and got half my deposit back. No explanation, no reasoning. Tried to reason with them nicely, and got nothing. So if you’re looking to get apartments here, don’t. They lie and steal your money. I’m still missing over $550 from my deposit.
Amber was great wit help. The Liza terrible person, no professional. No deposit refund. Stay a way from them.
They clearly need help. Amber was great but after she left the company became horrible. Liza is very rude and unprofessional. I will not renew my lease because of her. She’s TERRIBLE!!!
