After interviewing multiple contractors, Nick was the only one who clearly knew and understood the process required to remodel a condo. Their process was very interesting. They gave me a price based on pictures of my bathroom. Then they sent me a proposal with the work, permits, and price. The price was good so the contractor came over and did a actual walk through to make sure. They pulled all the necessary permits and performed their work beautifully and professionally. I’m very happy with my new bathroom and highly recommend them to anyone considering a remodeling project.
