If I could give them 0 STARS I WOULD! Online says 24/7 service and the lady answered on a Sunday and wouldnt give me the time of day , cut me off every word I started to say. Asked me what the issue was and I proceeded to tell my story quickly in hopes that i wouldn’t not be interrupted again and then she interrupts me to say “ not in the office today call back tomorrow after 8am we can see if we have time to work you in” ... I called stating that I needed service at my house. I was asked, "what for?" I figured a "pest and termite control" company would know that I needed pest control. Then I was asked what the problem was. ?? Really? pests. pests are the problem Then I was told that they are booked for the week. Pretty much, they don't want your business.
